What Our Cleaners Do Not Provide:
Professional carpet or upholstery cleaning using machines
(We don’t offer steam cleaning, even if you provide the equipment.)
Specialized grout scrubbing with power tools (e.g., drill brush attachments)
(These tools are not part of our standard cleaning supplies.)
Exterior window washing
(This task typically requires ladders and professional-grade tools, we recommend hiring a window cleaning service.)
Cleaning up after pets (feces, vomit, or crates)
(This is considered a biohazard and is not permitted for safety and sanitation reasons.)
Cleaning in areas with active insect infestations
(A pest control service must address the issue before we can proceed.)
Taking apart light fixtures for cleaning
(Disassembly poses a high risk of damage and is very time-consuming, best left to a lighting professional.)
Pressure washing surfaces
(Cleaners do not carry power washing equipment.)
