Our rate is $60 per cleaner per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours. Please reach out to us to check availability.
Many clients provide us with a key for after-hours cleaning, allowing us to work without disrupting your business operations. Our cleaning staff is insured and bonded, and Sophia Home Cleaning manages all documentation with your growth manager.
We have many loyal customers, including AirBnb hosts, who are extremely valuable to us. We are available 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM.
Our office is closed on Sundays, but you can always reach us by email, and we will respond promptly.

Staff & Services
Urgent Issues
You can cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours will incur a $70 fee. Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost. If the cleaner arrives and no cancellation was made, or if access is denied, the full service charge will apply.
We can bring cleaning supplies for a $44 fee when you select the “Use Provided Supplies” option. If you prefer specific products, you can provide them.
We do not provide step stools, toilet brushes, or industrial mops. For hygiene purposes, we use Swiffer mops and Clorox disinfecting wipes.
We hire employees after an extensive interview and orientation process. Each cleaning consultant undergoes several weeks of service training with our Quality Control Supervisors. Our owner personally ensures that all cleaning consultants are diligent, courteous, and trustworthy.
We make every effort to ensure that one of the two team members who service your home is assigned to each visit. If there is a change in the team, our office staff will contact you in advance to see if you prefer someone other than your regular team member to clean, or if you’d like to reschedule so your preferred team member can clean.
Our Regular Cleaning includes:
- Dusting and wiping all reachable surfaces
- Polishing furniture
- Tidying up
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms: sink, mirror, bathtub, and toilet
- Cleaning the kitchen
- Wiping down all surfaces
- Cleaning the microwave, stove, and sink
- Removing trash
A Deep Cleaning is a more thorough, top-to-bottom cleaning that goes beyond a regular cleaning. It includes areas that aren’t typically addressed, such as:
- Full and deep dusting, including all corners
- Cleaning under furniture (if it’s not too heavy)
- Behind kitchen appliances
- Scrubbing tiles in bathrooms
- Cleaning doors, switches, and baseboards
- Interior window cleaning
- Cleaning inside the oven, including the oven door glass
- Cleaning the fridge interior and stainless steel surfaces
We recommend a Deep Cleaning if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in the past 3 months or before scheduling recurring service with Sophia Home Cleaning.
